The Spanish URSI National Committee Symposium is the most important gathering of the Spanish URSI community. It has been held without interruptions since 1980. Although the symposium is open to all URSI commissions, the Spanish URSI community is more active in telecommunications and radio-physics, with special emphasis in microwave engineering, antennas and radio-astronomy.
